THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3290 of 2014 ORDER:

The civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 20.08.2014 passed in I.A.No.1294 of 2013 in So.O.P.No.866 of 2013 by the Principal District Judge, Warangal, whereby the petition filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure (for short "C.P.C.") was dismissed. During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the election of the respondent No.1 - Association is challenged in W.P.No.23132 of 2014 and the election was held on 13.05.2012, and the period of office was only 4 years, thereby the term of the office was expired long ago, hence the petition became infructuous.

In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revision is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
