ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in insisting the petitioner to get the occupancy certificate from respondent No.5 for the purpose of releasing power supply to its premises.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energy for respondent No.1, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5 and perused the material on record and also the orders passed in similar matters by this Court. 3.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that this Court by order dated 13.02.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.3057 of 2017 in W.P.No.2608 of 2017 directed the respondents therein to release the power supply to the building of the petitioner therein subject to compliance of the terms and conditions of supply of the respondents and the same can be withdrawn if an occupancy certificate was not obtained later from the municipal authorities.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioner subject to compliance of the terms and conditions and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipality/Municipal

ARR, J W.P.No.12763 of 2019 Corporation within the prescribed period, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 5.
