Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner-accused No.4 died on 27.04.2014 and to that effect a death certificate issued by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad has been filed.
