THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.36250 of 2016 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking a direction to the official respondents to conduct an enquiry in respect of local scheduled tribe certificates obtained by the unofficial respondents. After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioners confined his arguments only to the extent of issuance of a direction to the official respondents to conduct enquiry upon the representation of the petitioners dated 02.12.2013 in respect of local scheduled tribe certificates obtained by the unofficial respondents herein and to take action accordingly.

Considering the grievance of the petitioners, the concerned official respondents are directed to conduct detailed enquiry upon the representation of the petitioners dated 02.12.2013 and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
