HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRL.RC.M.P.NO.1153 OF 2017 IN/AND CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.704 OF 2017 ORDER:

Prima facie, the Revision is not maintainable. Hence, rejected the application to condone the delay in maintaining the revision with remedy to workout the rights. However, from the subsequent events saying the application for cancellation of bail sought in this Court from another Bench was stated ended in dismissal, remedy is left open to approach the learned Sessions Judge.

Accordingly, Criminal Revision case is rejected.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
