This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 6th respondent in not registering the crime against respondent Nos.7 to 12 basing on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 11.02.2019. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.71 of 2019 was registered.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
