ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents contended that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed with the issuance of G.O.Ms.No.56, dated 22.10.2019 and the case of the petitioner would be considered in terms of G.O.Ms.No.56, dated 22.10.2019 and appropriate orders would be passed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner strictly in terms of G.O.Ms.No.56, dated 22.10.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any shall stand closed.
