THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.2602 OF 2016 ORDER:

Sri M.Venkataram Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter dated 17.04.2017 to the Registry seeking to post the Contempt Case under the caption 'for withdrawal' on the ground that he had instructions from his client to that effect. Today when the matter is taken also, the learned counsel sought permission of the Court to withdraw the Contempt Case. In view of the letter dated 17.04.2017, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this case, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
