This appeal is filed by the plaintiff, under section 100 CPC, assailing the judgment and decree dated 18.07.2000 in A.S.No.591 of 2000 on the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam. 2.

No representation on behalf of the appellant on 19.11.2018. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the matter. Learned counsel for the respondent present.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
