ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not registering the agreement of sale-cumGeneral Power of Attorney dated 24.03.2008 executed by the petitioners in respect of plot No.54 with built up area of 1961 square feet along with the land in an extent of 169.50 square yards in Sy.Nos.40 to 44 & 49 to 51 situated at P.V.R's Sri Sai Hills of Shamshiguda Village, Balanagar Mandal, Kukatpally Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, relying on the communication dated 11.4.2008 of the 1st respondent. On 02.05.2008, this Court directed the Sub-Registrar to consider the objection raised by the 3rd party and pass appropriate orders.

A counter-affidavit is filed by the 2nd respondent stating that pursuant to the said direction, the objection of the 3rd party has been examined and the document was admitted to registration and assigned regular document No.2918/2008 on 11.6.2008 and the same has been released to the petitioners. In view of the said averments, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
