O R D E R
The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more so, a writ in the nature mandamus by declaring in action of the respondents in not conducting the investigation by submitting the final report to the Honble Court of III ACMM, Hyderabad in Crime No.1205 of 2014 inspite of the directions from this Honble Court in W.P.No.2115 of 2015 as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional Under Article 21 of Constitution of India and opposed to principles of natural justice and consequentially, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct the investigation expeditiously by submitting the final report to the Hon'ble Court of III ACMM, Hyderabad in Crime No.
1205 of 2014 and may pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to deem fit and proper in the interests of justice and equity.' Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed the Court that the Sub-Inspector of Police, Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, had informed him that a final report had been filed in relation to the subject crime before the competent Court. A copy of the final report filed before the learned III Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, in relation to Crime No.1205 of 2014 on the file of Banjara Hills Police Station is placed on record evidencing that the case was referred for 'lack of evidence'. Further, notice seems to have been given to the complainant, V.Lakshmi Narayana, of the filing of the said report.
In the light of the aforestated developments, it is for the petitioner to work out its remedies in accordance with law if it is aggrieved by the conclusion arrived at by the police authorities as embodied in the final report.
Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is
