SHANKAR NARAYANA R.C.No.59 of 2001 ORDER: (Per NRR,J) This reference is made by the learned District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, seeking confirmation of the order of dissolution of the marriage passed by the Court in O.P.No.517 of 1999. As it turned out, when the notice has been issued to the respondent/husband, the postal authorities have returned the notice on 28.01.2002 with an endorsement that the respondent has died.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this reference as the cause has abated. Therefore, we cannot answer the reference and accordingly, the same is dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
