Petitioner has approached this Court by filing this Writ Petition alleging non-consideration of petitioner's statutory appeal filed on 11-08-2012 before 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.11-07-2012 of 3rd respondent.

Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for respondents, states that 2nd respondent will decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
