HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No.87 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr.Venkateswara Rao Gudapati, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that the appellant would be satisfied if the order blacklisting them is kept in abeyance, pending hearing, as observed by learned Single Judge in the impugned order. The appellant was blacklisted for supplying sub-standard Masoor Dal to the Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Residential Institutions in Vizianagaram District. Learned Single Judge partly allowed the writ petition expressing the opinion that the post-decisional hearing would suffice at that stage and directed the respondents to grant an opportunity of hearing to the appellant-writ petitioner. Learned Judge also granted opportunity to file written submissions and directed the concerned authority to complete the exercise within two weeks.

Hence, we pass the following order:

"The writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed. It is open to the appellant to file written submissions, as observed by learned Single Judge in the impugned order, within one week from today. The

concerned authority shall grant an opportunity of hearing to the appellant-writ petitioner and decide the case within two weeks therefrom. For a period of three weeks from today, the order blacklisting the appellant shall remain in abeyance. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
