Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmavaram, in R.C.1495/2004/B dated 06.06.2005. It is represented by the learned Government Pleader that the present petitioner filed W.P.No.5185 of 2014 in respect of the same land challenging the proceedings of the Chief Commissioner of Land Revenue and this Court granted orders of status quo.
