Complaining that the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner on 11-11-2014 has not been disposed of so far, though nearly three months' time has elapsed, the present writ petition is filed.

The petitioner appears to have submitted a detailed representation to the Executive Director of the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation on 11-11-2014.

Let the said representation be considered strictly on its merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as is possible, and the same may be disposed, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With this, the writ petitions stands disposed of at the admission stage after hearing Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation, but however, without costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand disposed of.
