Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri J. Sreenivas Rao, counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents to incorporate the date of birth of petitioner dt.01.11.1960 in his service records as per the entries made in his school records, continue the petitioner in the service, and allow him to retire from the service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.11.2020 with all consequential benefits and attendant benefits. 3.

It is represented by the learned Counsel for petitioner that this Court in identical circumstances disposed of W.P.No.33343 of 2012 and batch dt.31.03.2015, and a copy of the same has been placed on record.

In the circumstances, following the order dt.31.03.2015 in W.P.No.33343 of 2012 and batch, and for the reasons therein, the Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
