THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.4935 of 2021 ORDER:

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the Investigating Officer in Crime No.65 of 2021 pending on the file of the Station House Officer, Geesugonda Police Station, Warangal District, has completed investigation and filed the charge sheet vide C.C.No.2567 of 2021. 2.

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal petition with liberty to file fresh petition to challenge the very charge sheet itself.

Granting liberty as sought, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
