HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.27381 of 2009 ORDER:

The relief sought for, in this Writ Petition, is to direct the second respondent to consider the candidature of the petitioner, and appoint her as a fair price shop dealer of Nallabilli Village, Vepada Mandal, Vizianagaram District on a permanent basis. By way of WPMP, the petitioner sought the very same relief. This Court, by order dated 20.04.2010, granted interim direction as prayed for. The petitioner's request is stated to have been considered by the respondents, and she is said to have been given the fair price shop dealership. It is evident, therefore, that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
