HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10807 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner - accused under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail in Crime No.424 of 2015 on the file of IV Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 417, 506,324 290 and 313 r/w.34 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegations against the petitioner are that on promising to marry the de facto complainant, he had sexual relationship with her and got her aborted twice and subsequently, refused to marry her. When the de facto complainant went to his home and asked about the same, he, along with his mother and brother, abused her in filthy language and assaulted her.

In view of the seriousness of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
