This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in CC.No.502 of 2010, against the petitioners, who are A2 to A4, on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad. The offence alleged is under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Neredmet Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate dated 26.10.2018 stating that the case ended in acquittal on 15.12.2015.
