This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner with the following relief: "to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the rejection order, dt.

13.9.20I6 pursuant to the Application No.MU011602726916, Dt.31.8.2016 without conducting enquiry under the provisions of Pattedar Pass Book Act, 1971 and not mutating petitioner's name in revenue records for issuing e-Pattedar Pass Book and Title Deeds for the agricultural land in Sy.No.147 adm. Ac.1-00 Cts. situated at Siddavaram(V), Pamuru (M), Prakasham District, is illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction violation of provisions under the ROR and Pattedar Pass Book Act 1971 and Articles 14, 19, 21 and 301 of Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents to mutate the petitioner's name in revenue records by issuing e-Pattedar Pass Book and Title Deeds, in respect of the agricultural land in Sy.No.147 adm. Ac.1-00 Cts. situated at Siddavaram (V), Pamuru(M), Prakasham District, by displaying the same in Digital Format."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no reasons are

CPK,J WP_39213_2016 assigned by the respondents as to why the application of the petitioner seeking mutation and issuance of title deed-cum-epattadar pass book was rejected. 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the 3rd respondent may be directed to communicate a copy of the order to the petitioner.

Having regard to the rival submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Tahasildar to communicate a copy of the approval/rejection order passed on the application made by the petitioner seeking issuance of title deed in respect of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1-00 Cts. in Sy.No.147 situated at Siddavaram(V), Pamuru (M), Prakasham District, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
