HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.190 of 2016 JUDGMENT:

This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed under Order 43 Rule 1 of CPC, challenging the order dated 08.01.2016 passed in IA No.1163 of 2015 in AS No.78 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Kurnool at Adoni.

2. Heard both sides. Both the counsel requested this court to direct the appellate court to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible.

3. In view of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, this court is not inclined to express any opinion with regard to the impugned order.

4. The civil miscellaneous appeal is, accordingly, disposed of, directing the learned II Additional District Judge, Kurnool at Adoni, to dispose of AS No.78 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this appeal, shall stand closed.
