Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that subsequent to filing of this Writ Petition, an amicable arrangement has been arrived at between the parties and in that view of the matter, as of now, the cause does not survive any further. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed, preserving liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court as and when any grievance arises in future. No costs. Consequently, the interim order dated 19.05.2016 shall automatically stand dissolved.
