THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.12846 OF 2019 ORDER:

The petitioners filed this Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "...to issue any writ or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 3rd respondent in interfering with the civil/land disputes pending between the petitioners and respondent No.4 herein by misusing official power while the appeals bearing A.S.No.65/2019 and A.S.No.66/2019 on the file of Hon'ble II Addl.District Judge, R.R.District at L.B.Nagar is pending as arbitrary, illegal, unjust and also violative of Article 14 and 300A of the Constitution of India, against the principles of natural justice and judicial principles and precedence, in the interest of justice and to pass such any other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that no case is registered against the petitioners and the petitioners were never called to the police Station and never directed them to hand over the lands to the fourth respondent. The respondents never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioners nor threatened them. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law. There shall be no orders as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
