This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.274 of 2014 from the file of the VI Additional Senior Civil

Judge, Visakhapatnam, and transfer the same to the court of Principal District Judge, Visakhapatnam, to try along with O.S.No.160 of 2009 and O.S.No.509 of 2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar nature of petition before appropriate forum.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
