THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT COMPANY APPLICATION No.1555 OF 2008 ORDER:

Mr. Anil Kumar representing Official Liquidator submits that with the disposal of the Company Application Nos.1595 of 2011 and 1596 of 2011 and on account of filing of Company Application No.621 of 2016, he does not press the prayer in Company Application No.1555 of 2008 and consequently, Company Application is closed as no further order is necessary and it is further made clear that the steps, if any, initiated pursuant to the order dated 02.12.2008 in Company Application No.1555 of 2008 are to be terminated and the EMDs available with the Official Liquidator are directed to be returned within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
