O R D E R

Petitioner alleges that the 3rd respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, Yedapally Police Station, Nizamabad District, Telangana State, is interfering with the civil dispute and issued dated 13.06.2019 in respect of Dargah Hazrath Syed Shaheed Habeebullah Hussaini RH Eidgah and Graveyard Chillah Zinda Shah Madar Sadullah Hussaini, situated at Nizamabad District, Yedapally mandal, Kurnapally village.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and Mr. Mirza Safiullah Baig, learned Standing Counsel for 4th respondent - Wakf Board.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub-Inspector of Police, Yedpally Police Station, Nizamabad District, dated 25.06.2019. In the said written instructions, while denying the allegation of the petitioner, it is stated that based on the complaint of unofficial respondent No.7 herein, that writ petitioners and others are interfering with their right of ingress and egress, GD entry was made on 13.06.2019 and as the matter pertains to Wakf Board, letter was addressed to Wakf Inspector, Nizamabad on 13.06.2019 for clarification and that the reply is awaited , and after obtaining reply appropriate action will be taken as per law. It is further stated that earlier there was dispute regarding the above issue, for which Cr.No.104/2016 was registered on the file of Yedpally Police Station.

Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
