Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may \be pleased to issue, a Writ, Order or Orders more particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to effect promotions to the post of Principal of lTl colleges as per seniority list dated 27.04.2017 and further not including the petitioner'name in the seniority list of Training Officers of multi zone-lll, though he got promoted on 1 3.05.
2015 as Training Officer and consequently direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the seniority list and consider his case for promotion to the post of Principal, lTl colleges with all consequential benefits, by holding the action of the respondents in effecting promotions to the post of Principal, lTl colleges by following the seniority list of the candidates who were promoted upto January, 2014 only and further riot including the candidates who are subsequently promoted like the petitioner to the post of Training Officer by preparing the seniority list including all the candidates who are working as Training officers till date is as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and subversive of Articles 14,16 of the Constitution of lndia lA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to effect promotions to the post of Principal of lTl colleges as per the seniority list dated 27.
