THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.10649 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner alleges that she is the owner and pattadar of the land to an extent of Ac.0.66 cents in Survey No.208-2B of Kumarapuram Village, Payakaraopeta Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. She further alleges that e-pass book and ROR 1-B were issued in her favour and her name reflects in the revenue records. She claims that she made an application to the Tahsildar, Payakaraopeta Mandal, Visakhapatnam, to conduct survey and demarcate the subject land. Alleging inaction on the request of the petitioner to conduct survey of the subject land, this Writ Petition is filed.

It is seen from the record that on 30.12.2016, application was made by the petitioner to the Tahsildar, Payakaraopeta Mandal, by paying the requisite fee and receipt to that effect was also issued by Mee-seva.

4.

Since F-Line application is already made, the Tahsildar is directed to examine the request of petitioner strictly in accordance with law and as per the guidelines of Commissioner, Survey Settlements and Land Records, Andhra Pradesh. Such exercise shall be completed and suitable reply be furnished to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
