SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 41064 OF 2015 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) This case has taken the most unusual turn when Sri Ch. Siva Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the Chief Manager of the Central Bank of India, Kadapa has informed that the principal borrower has already closed the loan account by liquidating it and hence, no action is being initiated against the petitioner. Therefore, we leave it to the petitioner to work out his remedies independently by taking recourse to law.

With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
