THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12896 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.3 in calling the petitioners to the police station and detaining them from morning to evening for the last four days and threatening to settle the civil disputes with respondent No.4, otherwise implicate them in false cases.

Heard both sides.

Learned Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that respondent No.3 called the petitioners and detained them in the police station is false and denied the allegation that they are interfering with the civil dispute. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Pleader for Home, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and respondent No.4 and also not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners except in accordance with law.
