This Civil Revision Petition arises out of Order, dated 18-11-2015, in IA.No.1272 of 2015 in DOP No.1174 of 2011, on the file of the Court of the learned I Additional District Judge, Guntur.

The respondent filed the above-mentioned divorce OP against the petitioner. Pending the OP, he has filed IA.No.1272 of seeking appointment of an Advocate-Commissioner for recording cross-examination of the petitioner as RW.1 and other witnesses on her behalf. This application was, accordingly, allowed by the lower Court.

At the hearing, Mr.K.Ramachandra, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that while his client has no objection for appointment of an Advocate-Commissioner for recording her crossexamination, in the affidavit filed in support of the IA, the respondent has stated that he has filed several documents on his behalf; that those documents have to be marked on his side and that as the evidence on the respondent's side was already closed, no further documents on his side

could be marked.

A perusal of the order under revision shows that the lower Court has not granted any permission to the respondent to mark further documents on his side. On the contrary, it has allowed IA.No.1272 of 2015 and appointed an Advocate-Commissioner for recording the cross-examination of RW.1 and other witnesses on her behalf. In the absence of any permission granted by the lower Court for marking further documents on the respondent's side, the apprehension of the petitioner, based on which the present Civil Revision Petition is filed viz., that the respondent may be permitted to mark further documents on his side, is without any basis.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.7471 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
