No. 27350 of 2016 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The learned Government Pleader for Services (A.P.) appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that the order dated 29.08.2012 in O.A.No. 6812 of 2012 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad has been complied with vide Memo No.11304/ Estt.III/ A1/ 2017, dated 09.08.2018 issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (Estt.III) Department.

A copy of the Memo dated 09.08.2018 is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioners and the same is not disputed.

In view of the above, the respondents are discharged from contempt proceedings.

Hence, the writ petition is closed as no further orders are required to be passed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
