Having realized that the endorsement, dated 13.12.2016, whereunder request of the petitioner was rejected, is not challenged, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the said endorsement. Leave is granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed granting liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
