HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3483 of 2014 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the orders dated 01.07.2014 in I.A.No.567 of 2014 in A.S.(SR)No.6732 of 2011 on the file of the Court of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, to dispose of A.S.SR.No.6732 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of A.S.SR.No.6732 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
