Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent No.5.

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in paying differential hire charges in respect of the petitioner's bus bearing No.AP27 X 0577 plied between Kandukuru to Karedu as illegal and arbitrary.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter is squarely covered by an order of this Court in W.P.No.18061 of 2012 dated 28.06.2012.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order of this Court in W.P.No.18061 of 2012 dated 28.06.2012.
