Learned counsel appearing for the parties reported that the matter is settled before the High Court Legal Services Committee (Lok Adalat) and a copy of the Award passed by the Lok Adalat in M.A.C.M.A.No. 3495 of 2008 is placed on record and the same shall form part of the record.

2. In terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat in M.A.C.M.A.No. 3495 of 2008, dated 09/12/2017, this M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
