I.A.No.4 of 2018 is filed under Section 151 C.P.C. seeking permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal.

This appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act assailing the judgment and decree dated 27.10.2014 passed in O.P.No.51 of 2010 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, Karimnagar at Jagtial.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, I.A.No.4 of 2018 is ordered and the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
