Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. Petitioner contends that D-Form patta was granted in his name by the Government on 31.10.1978 in respect of land to an extent of Ac.3.63 cents in Sy.No.33/1 of Iron Banda A Centre Village, Gonegandla Mandal; that he is raising the crops therein, but in the online records, the names of some other persons have been mentioned instead of his name; and therefore he sought rectification of online records by filing an application on 05.02.2016 before respondent No.3.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that respondent No.3 is not passing any orders on the application filed by the petitioner.

4. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.3 states that respondent No.3 will consider the petitioner's application dt.05.02.2016, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner.

5. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner's application dt.05.02.2016 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

6. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
