Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the office order in F.No.139/PKM/c/2014/Z-V, dated 17.04.2015, whereunder one Janab Adam Shafi was authorized and was directed to conduct elections as per G.O.No.74A, dated 15.02.2010, and submit compliance report in respect of Eidgah Mosque of Kandukur Town and Mandal, Prakasam District.

3. This Writ Petition underwent three adjournments, and after receiving instructions, the learned Standing Counsel for the A.P.Wakf Board submits that the impugned office order could not have been issued by the Chief Executive Officer as Eidgah Mosque was not registered.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the impugned office order dated 17.04.2015, is set aside as without jurisdiction.
