THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 16052 OF 2017 O R D E R :

Alleging inaction on the part of Respondents 2 and 3 against the illegal constructions and encroachment made by the 5th respondent in Plot No.3, Road No.5, Bhagyanagar Colony, Lingojiguda, Karmanghat, Hyderabad, this Writ Petition has been filed.

The case of the petitioners is that they have made the representation dated 11.04.2017 to the 3rd respondent, bringing to his notice the illegal constructions that are being undertaken by the 5th respondent in the above-said premises, but no action has been taken thereon.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation.

The grievance of the petitioners being limited, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 11.04.2017 of the petitioners and take necessary steps in accordance with law. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
