Kalleda Muthenna v. K Lingam
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA I.A. No.1 of 2018 And M.A.C.M.A. No.770 of 2018 Common Order:
I.A. No.1 of 2018 is filed for condonation of delay of 1812 days in filing the Appeal.
The present M.A.C.M.A. arises out of the order passed on 7.4.2014 in M.V.O.P. No.17 of 2010 on the file of VIII-Additional District Judge, Nizamabad, awarding compensation of Rs.4,62,833/-. Heard Sri P. Radhive Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners-appellants-claimants, and perused the affidavit averments. There is absolutely no ground to satisfy the sufficient cause for condonation of huge delay of 1812 days. The reasons assigned are not satisfactory to condone the delay. Obviously, it appears that the petitioners-appellants-claimants intend to derive the benefit in view of change in decisional law.
Therefore, the present I.A. No.1 of 2018 is dismissed. Consequently, the present M.A.C.M.A. is rejected. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the M.A.C.M.A. shall stand closed.
