Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri A. Sreekanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for 3rd respondent.

Petitioner was granted licence to run mobile canteen in the morning at parking area adjacent to Ganga, Gowri Sadan at Srisailam and in the after noon in the road to Pathala Ganga for the period from 01-08-2017 to 31-07-2020.

Petitioner contends that suddenly respondent Nos.2 and 3 have asked him to shift his business to Lalitha bazaar in Srisailam in violation of principles of natural justice and have instructed the Assistant Engineer, APCPDCL, Srisailam to disconnect power connection to petitioner's business centre on 07-02-2018 and this violates Article 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India. 4.
Sri A. Sreekanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for 3rd respondent states that only temporarily petitioner was asked to shift to Lalitha bazaar area and that respondent Nos.2 and 3 have no objection to the petitioner moving back to the original area allotted to him i.e. the parking area, adjacent to Ganga Gowri sadan in the morning and near Pathala Ganga road in the after noon in view of
MSR,J W.P.No.10598 of 2018 some construction activity being carried on in Lalitha bazaar area by 2nd respondent.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner has no objection to continue doing mobile canteen business in the original place of allotment.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to permit the petitioner to carry on his mobile canteen business for the rest of licence period as per the terms of the original permission dt.09-07-2017 to him by 2nd respondent. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
