THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.17937 of 2022 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.1 to 4 in not correcting Revenue records in favour of the petitioner by considering his representation dated 21.03.2022 as illegal and arbitrary and sought for a consequently direction to cancel the pattadar pass book issued in favour of fifth respondent in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.30 gts, situated in Survey No.530 of Bakkamanthula Gudem Village, Mattampally Mandal, Suryapet District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue and with their consent the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the father of the petitioner succeeded to an extent of Ac.11.38 gts from his father namely Tammara Gurva Reddy
MSK,J W.P.No.17937 of 2022 and that the father of the petitioner having distributed the said extent of land in favour of his children and retained an extent of Ac.0.30 gts in his name and after his demise the fifth respondent herein got the said extent of Ac.0.30 gts mutated in his favour in a fraudulent manner though all the children of late Pakeera Reddy are entitled for share in the said Ac.0.30 gts of land situated in Survey No.530 of Bakkamanthulagudem Village, Mattampally Mandal, Suryapet District.

In view of the same, the petitioner claimed to have submitted a representation dated 21.03.2022 to the second and fourth respondents for compliance against fraudulent issuance of pattadar pass book in favour of fifth respondent but the respondents have not taken any action on the said representation till date. Therefore, seeks intervention of this Court to direct the respondents to consider the said representation dated 21.03.2022. 5.
Taking into consideration of the above facts, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage
MSK,J W.P.No.17937 of 2022 directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 21.03.2022 submitted by the petitioner for cancellation of digital pattadar pass book and entries in the name of fifth respondent with respect to land admeasuring Ac.0.30 gts situated in Bakkamanthula Gudem Village, Mattampally Mandal, Suryapet District, in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

It is needless to observe that while considering the representation of the petitioner, the second respondent shall put fifth respondent or any other interested parties on notice and afford them reasonable opportunity and pass necessary orders in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
