Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions from his client to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to challenge letter dated 24.05.2018 issued by the Sarpanch of the village, and hence seeks permission for the same.

Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
