The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the revision with a liberty to avail remedies available under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty, as prayed for. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision, shall stand dismissed.
