When the case was listed on 25.08.2015, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed for today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today also, though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', none appeared for the petitioner nor is representation made on his behalf in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon. In the circumstances, it is reasonable to think that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter any further. Having regard to the same, this Court has no option except to dismiss the criminal revision case for default.
