It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd and 3rd respondents that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Common Orders of this Court in W.P.Nos.34690 & 37998 of 2012 dated 09.12.2016 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is closed in terms of Common Order dated 09.12.2016 in W.P.Nos.34690 & 37998 of 2012, There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
