B/O dv 09.11.2023 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2023 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition No.2 imposed against the petitioner/A-3 in Crl.P.No.4637 of 2023 dt.04.05.2022 that he shall remain at Warangal till conclusion of trial proceedings. He shall report before the Station House Officer, Hanamkonda, on every Monday between 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., till completion of trial proceedings.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is abiding by condition No.2 imposed by this Court and is appearing before the Investigating Officer regularly.

In the said circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner and accordingly, condition No.2 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Police as
